Terms of Use
These terms apply when you access or use DramTrack. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Who may use DramTrack
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to consume alcohol in your location. DramTrack records tasting experiences; it does not sell alcohol and does not encourage excessive or unsafe consumption.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Journals and clubs
Your personal journal is private to your account. Club administrators control club membership and create or edit shared tasting records. Administrators must not add anyone under 18 as a member, guest or tasting participant. Scores entered into a club tasting form part of that club’s historical record. A later private journal edit does not change the shared event.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse DramTrack, access another person’s information without permission, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or abusive material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that infringes others’ rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of tasting notes and other content you create. You give DramTrack permission to store, process and display that content as required to operate your journal and the clubs in which you participate.
Service availability
DramTrack is currently an early-stage service and may change as it is tested. We aim to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep independent records of information you cannot afford to lose.
Account suspension and deletion
You may delete your account through Profile. We may restrict or suspend an account that threatens the service, other users or these terms. Shared club records may retain anonymised historical contributions after account deletion.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DramTrack is provided without warranties and is not responsible for decisions about purchasing or consuming alcohol, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continuing to use DramTrack after an updated version becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
