Privacy Policy

DramTrack is a whisky-journaling and club-record service. This policy explains the personal information we use and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect the name and email address you provide, authentication and security records, the date on which you confirmed that you were aged 18 or over, personal whisky journal entries, tasting notes and ratings, and information about the clubs and tastings in which you participate. Club administrators may add your name and email before you create an account so that earlier tasting history can be connected to you.

How we use it

We use this information to provide your private journal, connect you with clubs, preserve shared tasting records, secure accounts, send essential account emails, provide support and improve the reliability of DramTrack. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We use service providers to operate DramTrack, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare/OpenAI hosting infrastructure for delivering the application. These providers process information only to supply their services to DramTrack.

Sharing within clubs

Your private journal is visible only to you. Club members may see your display name and the scores attributed to you in shared club tasting records. Private journal changes do not alter the underlying club record.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from Profile. Your profile and private journal will be removed. Shared club records may retain an anonymised participant and score so other members’ historical results remain complete. Club owners must transfer or remove their clubs before deleting their account.

Your choices and rights

You may correct your profile, edit or delete journal entries, change your password, or delete your account within DramTrack. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

Age restriction

DramTrack is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to consume alcohol in their location. It is not directed at children. Club administrators must not add anyone under 18 as a member, guest or tasting participant. If we identify an account belonging to someone under 18, we may restrict or remove it.
